This new blog has followed my journey to a genuinely
healthy lifestyle. I have accomplished a lifestyle where the scale does not
dictate my mood. A lifestyle where I am healthy physically, mentally, and
spiritually. It has been a big struggle to lose my former dieting mentality, but
I have learned that I can do anything......God willing...and I have. Now,
continue to follow my Epic Journey to the National Figure Stage where I will
give my all in New York on Labor Day weekend 2008!

This really is a fitness dream of mine. Most girls cant do these like that. I love when I watch my friend Nancy crank them out like that. It will be me one day!

I just watched, "Ass Whooping" on Crossfit.com. Wow, she is tough. I love workouts like that. Short, INTENSE! Get in, get out. Plus you get to look like a bad ass.

I am glad you reminded me of this site again. It has some really good stuff on it.

Wow!! You are such a bada** chick!! You rock! that is my major fitness goal this year...I told my trainer, I will do that by years end..I'm on the assisted pull ups right now but I practice every time I'm there!! You just movitated me even more!! I've got to put your vid on my blog for everyone to see!!!

I can barely do regular push ups! This has inspired me to get on it. I should at least be able to do that first. No need to set myself up for failure.

Ok, SERIOUSLY, you are awesome!!! And a bad ASS. I LOVED this blog because you were like "here it is" and then BAM you were repping them out. I am so motivated by this. Really, I am.

I have had an insane week so far (yes, I know it is only Tuesday) so I am sorry I haven't been by more to tell you how great you - because you are truly an inspiration to all of us. Thanks for that!

Thanks Jessica for that...I picked up my ego on the way out and it LOVES to be stroked. lol

I am will get to 20. I have a plan that involves Sports Gel. My problem is that I can feel my stores depleting throughout my body. That's why I was going pretty good there and then had to stop...I was hoping my stores would replenish. I am not exactly sure which stores I am talking about. (the same ones used in sprinting) I have to look it up.
